VU Solo will not move dish

I am very new and have just received a Solo. It will not move from 19e also i am unable to use the tuner. I think that it must be ME
The motor is not faulty but the Enigma 2 keeps crashing to a green screen
I replaced the old image with VIX ver 2 today although different skin it works the same and no dish movement I have tried some extra plugins to have better dish control to no effect.
This forum helped me to choose the Solo - I now think the DUO may have been better

You need to go to menu/setup/service search/tuner configure/ select tuner A

then change settings in here to you dish type

Check your tuner configuration, should be something like the screenshot below, using your long and latt settings

Thanks to bassethound and Sicilian for you pointers I have to go sideways on the menus as well as up/down - found lots of things most interesting but geeky at this time. The screen shows a rotating aerial but dish stays still.
I still have to move Dish manually as I get a green error screen often - unfortunatly it goes before I can read it.
My motor is TM-2300 - I am not config tuner to suit - hope to get more time
