Which Public VPN service supports Cisco Routers?

Calling the collective knowledge of the members here.

Many of the Public VPN providers such as Digibit, Surfshark, IPVAnish, etc do NOT support Cisco Routers - they support clients such as OpenVPN. Does anyone know of a VPN Service that does support Cisco Routers, specifically IPSEC / IKEv1?
