Remote Control is Clashing with my Tiviar Sat Box

Does anyone know if it is possible to get round this problem.

Vu+ UNO 4K SE - LAN
Tiviar Alpha+ Plus - LAN
3 PC's (two Win 7, one Dual Boot XP/Win 7 All with Hot Swap HDD Bays & LAN connected
Netgear NAS 2 x 2TB Drive on same LAN
Zone 2 Sky Dish (not connected) Triax 1m Dish - OCTO LNB
