    Did you build latest?

I took a stab at it yesterday, it built about 9% before bombing out.

For me release builds don't work at all, stopping near the beginning with an error or two.
Developer builds mostly work but I don't seem to get all the plug-ins in a usable state.
But I may well be doing something wrong.

If anybody is serious about building their own images, its more practical to setup a vanilla Ubuntu system. Because most of my PC‘s always come with win10, I create a dual boot system win10/Ubuntu and then add the extra requirements to the Ubuntu system.
I usually run multiple builds every week for various images/receivers without any issues, so its really quite possible.

I just tried again and actually at the moment I do seem to get a full set of plugins in my developer feed but the image itself is a complete disaster -- I had to do a recovery flash to get back to something workable!

I prefer a virtual machine so I can do other things at the same time if necessary.

The link was working 10 days ago, appears to be empty now. All I'm doing is using the url in ms edge.

Thats why after many years, I changed from using windows application to those on Ubuntu - I only use win10 occasionaly for Echannelizer (setting up a new box), and documents where I need to make changes (Word/Adobe)

In fact it's working ok again now, that reference to empty was probably me misinterpreting the download message.

I did try a full build about a Week ago on Ubuntu 20 and there were some URL's missing or not connecting, from memory I think it was bitbake.org or something like that. I've put my Ubuntu 18 SSD back in now, so can't check. As of Yesterday, the release builds were still failing on the serviceapp plugin and some developer builds were still failing on the hisilicon.

@BobbyC did you do the qemu patch posted a few Weeks ago

Serviceapp. OK - it should reload, but go into sources and delete both the download zip or tar and the twin that says its downloaded

It's fine today. I built a Developer build 5.4.001.013 which seems to work.
Must have caught it at a bad moment, so to speak.
