If it is the crash I think it is, it has been fixed. But you will have to wait for next update. It won't crash if you access it using the blue button.

I am guessing as there is no crash log.

There is a limit to what you can post. Your post has been shortened.

Attach is not the same as paste. Please attach the crashlog as the important bit is missing. FTP to PC, then attach. There is no need to zip it before attaching.

Thanks, that is the same crash. We used the OpenATV file in which the log scrolling works. It did not have the menu name functions that our image has, this is why it crashed. As above, this has been fixed and will be in next image.

For now, access it by the blue button.

    Please note:
Thread will be moved to the ViX-Team-Images-Support-Discussion section. It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespective of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

Please read the thread in link below which explains things better.

    http://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?33155-ALL-MEMBERS-PLEASE-READ!-New-method-of-posting-in-ViX-Support-Section!

No harm has been done, no need to apologise. Please bear in mind for future support questions.
