Octagon sf8008 snr agc question please!!

Hello all of you again in this great forum!!
I have this time a different question about sf8008
i have motor with dish(all good brands and quality)
In all sats ,,for examble 9e 13e etc writes always 71% snr in all channels
Only agc change in all sats and channels
Is it bug of drivers from octagon?will it be fixed soon?
Also i have 10 diferent receivers with motor and dish too,,4k and non 4k and the snr works great.
Maybe is it too early to discuss about drivers in this new receiver?

Does this octagon has good support about drivers for factory? i am asking because its my first octagon receiver.

1) so far the support has been truly good.... best I have seen.
2) agc is not important.
3) SNR ... I usually use dB, but my % is 54% ..so lucky you!!
4) SNR is a derived figure and some receivers report incorrect figures - so don't compare between receivers.
If its the same dish for all Sats (and being motorised it is), then if you are correctly aligned then I guess that's the figure 71% for teh Octagon.
Someone with a motorised setup can better comment....

I just comunicate with octagon factory and they said me that they know the problem with snr/db
and they will fix it.
