Also no lock on a Solo2 on either 42e or 50e for the Turksat 8k test. I believe that this was a temporary demo that was displayed at Expo from 1-3 November.

Apologies, I cocked up, 2nd freq is on 30w, and the 3rd on 33e. People been reporting the 8k test was still active yesterday on 42e, but not sure if it's the euro beam.
Well I've tried these for myself now, and can confirm S2X and Multistream works fine most of the time, but the Giga struggles with the 30w multistream on 11496h, just like the octagon. Still unsure about 16apsk, seems to need a decent signal for stable reception, even though the signal is stable and works fine on a PC card(TBS), it is usually unstable on the Giga. Also no reception on T2-MI channels like Zeonbud on 4.9e, but that's hardly surprising. And still no Blindscan support.Türksat 42 East
11177 V DVB-S2 / 16APSK 34290 2/3 TürkSat 8K It won't give a picture, but at least if it locks it, we will know 16apsk works.

COMBO 25613 This MIS is tricky for the octagon, will be interesting to see if it is stable.
33e
12597 V 10058 25/36 DVB-S2X/8PSK This is the only S2x available in Europe as far as I know.
So, still not quite there yet, but it's a start.
