Does HBBTV Work on the OS Mega,

I've seen references to it, but I can't find it anywhere (i Presumed it was in a Plugin) but I can't find anything that looks like HBBTV?

Anyone know or have this working (and Yes I've been on channels that have a HBBTV Signal) but I just don't know where to go from there, so I don't know if I'm missing anything or not??
