    .ts file to .m3u8 to get EPG?

    Hi,

    I have just started using IPTV and my provider provided me with a .ts file called userbouquet.favouritres.tv do I need or is possible to use this .ts file to get an EPG for some of the channels or do I need to convert this file to an .m3u8 file.

    Sorry is this is a silly question but I am new to IPTV I am using the latest VIX image.
