    Just fill out the details and press submit and the code wil be on the next page, however you cannot sign up to sky online and have to ring them up which is what i did quoting the code you get.

    It's been reported that online signup is now active as from this morning.

    I found the above somewhere else and have read conflicting reports as to if it works or not. For company name use your company name if you have one or just make one up
