    Help with Vix update

    Hi, trying to update os mini from vix 4.16 to new vix 5-- but when I tried to download new software from vix image page on box got the message device not working reformat. Will it still be ok to load via usb.

    It will be OK to use the USB stick. I suspect that there is an issue with the USB stick, so may need to format it anyway. Give it a try.
