    Backend for Kodi

I am looking for a box that has 2 sat and 2 cable tuners, the box will probably never be watched directly but instead via kodi boxes around the house.

Basically has anyone done this with this box and how does it perform?

I have used Dream Player app on a Firestick and that works very well. It uses spare tuners on any E2 box - It allows you to access all your bouquets. It's not through Kodi though.

If that works I see no reason why Kodi would not, but it would be nice to find out.

    Thanks for your reply

I've used dream player app it seems to use less overhead then the VU pvr app in kodi which can lock lower powered devices.

I have used it with Kodi on a Odroid box with the default iptv player in Kodi and works fine.

You need to create a folder with the IPTV stream file.

One of my streams is a 4K channel motor and it moves the motor no problem.
