Can't record one channel and watch another.....

I need help before i throw my receiver out the window.......

My problem is that i can't record one channel and watch another....
    My setup is:

    VU+ duo2 with 2 S2 tuners
2 cables from the Lnb into each tuners
the tuners are now set like 2 tuners with the same satellite
i have tried to setup them to " loop through" and " same as"
    but in won't work......

Anybody know what can be wrong?

the setup looks ok. I would check your cables to make sure that they are correctly attached and all fitted correctly.

when you try to record and watch another channel, what happens? can you post a picture are you getting a error message

Well that all depends, are you trying to watch and record fta?
If not, how have you managed to decrypt one channel in the first place?
Just be sure, are you on a fixed dish or motorised?
