Tuner failed, streaming problems to mobile app...

Yep, another problem, I do look online before posting.

    So,
I launch the vu app on the phone and it does find the vu 4k easy but struggles to stream. At first takes to long to open a stream (some folders in the channel list won't even open), when happens the tv flickers once in a while or image stops and eventually box freezes and says tune failed.

My set is up Hispasat>quad lnb>2 cables to stb and cable tv to the the other tuner.
This problem only happens when launching sat channels.

It's such a shame, so much money for the receiver and can't even stream to my phone inside network. Opened the ports on my router but didn't make any difference.
Gigablue did it better and is cheaper.

Can you confirm if the tuners setting are correct , because when I connect with the phone sometimes says tuner fail and TV freezes .
