vix update 4.2.12

i have recently updated my vu zero and se v2 to openvix 4.2.12 and both are using blue hd skins. since updating the cross epg download status bar has changed back to vix night hd but the rest of the skin is blue hd. was this an error in the latest update and will it be fixed in a new update. I have not had a problem like this using vix4.1 or 4.2 until the latest update.

Seeing the same on two TM Twin boxes - it doesn't affect functionality of the CrossEPG Downloader, but I would think a perfectionist like Rossi will already be sorting a fix out for us all, presuming it is something in the Vix BlueHD skin that reverts the CrossEPG Downloader bar to the Vix NightHD skin settings.

the download bar has changed for all skins unless it has a specific skin

Yep, all skins can skin the download bar as they want.

Blue HD uses the embeded skin. i.e. the skin in the python .py files. This is because Blue HD does not contain a progress screen for ABM scanning. Nothing to do with VIX HD skin. Someone had added an ABM progress bar to OE-A default skin but that was removed because default skin is for base image only. Not for plugins. If you want the progress bar added to Blue HD you would need to open a feature request to the skin author.
