EPG Data Missing............

Hi All

I think this is a user error but gonna ask

I have my epg on my zero set to collect from my duo which all works well.
Problem is if I reboot the box I lose epg data I goto settings then do a manual load epg data and nothing, duo2 drive is all okay and mounted.
Is this normal or am I missing something?

Okay Update on this......
when I do an epg update on my duo2 now I get a blank screen on updating then picture comes back after update and all good on duo2, still wont load data from zero, if I power off duo2 then back on and do a manual load on zero it works.
strange but true?
