I have updated receiver from 4.2.005 to 4.2.009

it is dropping internet connection


also will not let you download plugins


any help please

unsure but can you run a network test to see if all green maybe box and router need a reboot. i presume box is hard wired by cable to internet.

yes when I do network test it will connect to internet

but cannot download plugins

and yes it is hard wired

i have gone back to 4.2.005 and its all working

after flash try restarting your internet and then restart box.

what softcam you using?
