Cccam plugin not in new image

I installed NewDE-1.0-Final-dm800-e2-OE(1.6)_21-12-2010-15-41 posted by silverfox.
This is 1st time working on a gen 800hd.
Did a software update, pressed blue and plugins for cams are not there.
Exstention, system plugins demo plugins and thats it.
Usually cams i.e 2.1.3 / 2.1.4
Can anyone help me with this as it is only thing stopping me from continuing.

I even downloaded the url which is suppose to help, which it does in a way as i can then select for example 2.1.4 from extra addons and install it, but still the cam is not shown in order to activate

dream elit and same as blackhole and sifteam you idealy need to install the cams manually chmod them to 755 and they will start automatically not need to activate in any settings or menu

So where do we get the cams? I installed this image and it looks fantastic but I had to revert back to another image because no CCcam download. If I had a URL where to get it I would DEFINATELY download it again. What about EPG? Is it available for this image?

well i know there are at least two separate versions of CCcam on this very site as i personally uploaded one my self.

Just curious? Why is CCcam not available to download as an addon plugin like other images have it?

thats down to the individual providers of the images. for example VIX does provide the cams but not the config files. some providers such as DE take a very strong stance against softcams and their ability to be used for piracy, hence the reason the dont officially support / provide them in their downloads.
they can still be installed manually but there in no way supported.
