    Hi
    What criteria has a hard disk have if I want to put one on my box?

    Anyone recommend one?

    You can use any that will fit.

    hi I use a external slim 1tb and it works flawlessly - no need to open up no noise spinning absolutely perfect for the job

    just wondered if sata 2 etc - it has a slide out caddy on the side

    I used these (but it is 18 months ago) and obviously you can go larger ... but watch the thickness of teh HDD (there is something in the specs ... or at least there was!!
