Mix new recordings with existing recordings?

    Another noob question ...

I have a NAS with loadsa TV and Movie files, all in .mp4 format.

I understand that I can save recordings from an Edision OS Mini to a network share, and these will be in .ts format.

If I point the Edision share to my existing Movies folder, will I see both types of file in the OpenVIX EPG?

If so, I think I need to play with bookmarks and point Movie and TV satellite recordings to my existing Movies or TV folders?

    Thanks,
    Alan

Make sure you have mounted your Nas in network settings.
If you go to menu/setup/system/record and playback settings. Press timer recordings and you should see your nas. Press ok to which folder you want to record to. Do the same with instant recordings.
Not tried it myself yet but this was the info I was given.
