    .mov files

    Hi all,

    I am trying to playback a .mov file and only get the sound no picture. Is there a plugin I need to install?

    Hi,
    mov is only a container so different video codecs can be used. Take a look with the PC tool MediaInfo which codex is used and post it here. VPx, WM<9, MJPEG and Sorensen are examples what codecs do not and will not work.

    .mov files play for me but was glitchy on my Vu+ Solo4K the last time I tried. A driver issue.

    A/V settings. The .mov are recorded using my iPhone 6s Plus set to 4k at 30 fps

    You've answered your problem. Vu+ Solo2 doesn't support 4K, thats why you hear sound n no picture.

    ok so if I drop down to 1080p on my iPhone it should play fine on my Solo2?
