Picture but no sound on hdmi

Hi anyone able to help with this?...

I get a picture on the tv when the hdmi cable is connected to my box but no sound. At the moment it's not too much of a problem as I can use the red and white aux connection and connect the receiver to my soundbar however I've been told the sound would be better if I used hdmi to tv then an optical cable from tv to soundbar! Tried different hdmi cables and checked that other devices work in the same port on the tv but only seem to get the problem with the sat receiver. Tried checking the volume on webif as I'd heard that's a common issue but beyond that my knowledge is pretty limited!

is there an audio button on remote for trying a different stream,and volume is turned up on remote?

Maybe an AC3-stream that isn't supported by your soundbar?

I get this intermittently on build 15.

restart in box rectifies it. I am at work so cant supply more info
