    weird working on VTI v2.3

Hi to all and happy new year.
I have a brand new Vu+ solo since yesterday. I've installed VTI 2.3, I've tryed several channel list and I'm geting a strange working, most of the channels get lost of signal, quality signal and AGC bar go up and down, most of the channel does'nt open, even FTA, HD channels does'nt open, specialy for Digital + 19º E.
Some providers work better than other.
I've puted back my IPBOX 250s and is working perfectly with my rotor.
Is it a hardware failure? could be the image?

    Thanx.

Same result with last VXI image. this is driving me crazy!
I don't know what else to try.
I'm afraid there is a problem with the tuner.
