If you look in the image supplied you can see that the word "BBC One Wal HD" is fuzzy.

I am afraid I do not know how else to describe my issue.

When in Tv Guide press the Menu button and see if there is anything you can alter like font size etc, not sure if you can or not

    Andy_Hazza,

I received my 2400 yesterday and have connected my two satellite feeds to the top connections of the two DVB-S/S2 supplied with the box, I had a satellite link cable in the box, do I need to use this to gain anything ?

Use 1080i and Multi Refresh rate.
No need to link with the cable, that is used for cable to loopthrough from tuner A to B etc.
Can you just try another skin for me please? Try YouViX-Blue thats a nice skin, and that is optimised for 1080i/p whereas BlueHD skin isn't.

It looks like the text is being resized and this is causing the issue. Try another channel with a long name to confirm.

The HD one has 14 characters, the other has 13 ( if I have counted correctly). We know the shorter ones are fine. Can you check if issue is present on channels with 14 characters or more please?

I know you have those picons installed, but do try the MK 400x240 ones, they compliment the YouViX-Blue skin beautifully.

In both epg images you are tuned to bbc one wales hd.

The channel which looked ok was only selected, not tuned in.

Maybe it's the currently tuned channel which is showing the problem?
