    Gigablue Remote not working

    Hi all,

    Can only seem to get my remote working when I flash the unit. Failing that nothing else happens. Batteries in 3 remotes all ok and can't seem to get it to work at all. Any ideas? I may have to return the box otherwise.

    try the giga button to get the remote to work
