    ET10000 driver update

Hi I have read on a few forums that there is a problem with the snr value shown for DVB-C which I seem to have. I have tried the miracle box hybrid in same position which shows correct value.

Can the driver updated be posted here as I cannot seem to find them

    et8000/et10000:

    -Linux Kernel 3.14.16

    -fix DVB-C snr value

-fix DVB-C tuner init after reboot

    -fix DVB-T(2) bandwidth parameter (Si2168)

-fix DVB-T snr calculation crash (TDA18273)

-various optimizations (size / boot speed)

Thats an old kernel, any drivers should be included in current image builds.
How do you know the miracle box is showing correct figures ....... Ofiten comparing these receivers is like comparing apples with oranges
The important Q. Are you getting a good picture? If so,forget it.

picture is fine the comments on the other forum caught my attention as there snr/agc values were the same as mine until they updated there drivers

Kernel is now 3.17.3 .... I really wouldn't worry ....even on a DVB-S2 tuner its all relative but on that you can believe the Xtrend figures to tune your receiver Sat Dish

Ive got an Extrend et8000 and a VU+ Zero
On the same dish my extrend shows lower SNR values than the Zero.
    For example
On GOLD my snr is 99% on the Zero but only 89% on the et8000.
But it doesnt effect the picture quality and in very bad weather the Zero's value drops faster than the extrend, but neither of them suffer from picture break up.
