PLEASE help: All BBC1 in UK together on EPG???!

Hi, please advice. Over the last week or so when I select a channel (say 471) it goes to channel 1 - BBC.
Plus, all the BBC1 in the UK are grouped together at at the beginning of EPG.
Please help if you have had, and solved, this problem it's a pain.

I have tried .....menu/setup/system/EPG/crossepg/open Tv's providers/I then selected a UK TV provider/green button to save.

Update: channels now in correct order BUT box not responding to all channel key inputs.
So, if on cha1 (BBC1) and I press 472 it will stay on Cha1.....but press 600 for example, and it changes.
Please help if you can. Thanks.

EPG (details of what program is on the channel) and channel lists/bouquets/favourites are different things.

Cross EPG does not make favourites. You need to say how you are making your favourites/lists.

i read it as he is on the all list and getting the bbc programs from different area and changing up from 471 -472 it maybe the same broadcast from a different region.
by using your bouquets- abm and selecting epg from there,there should not be duplicates,maybe try that path?
