    Stream to iPhone?

    Hello,
been having problems getting any app to work on my iPhone. Followed all tutorials but still.
Most of the apps won't work properly, blackbox live crashes , others have no sound.
Found Gb player yesterday and works at home but can't get it to work outside the home network.

Signed up for no.ip and set it up on lnadyns (see pictures)
When i open the app says "connection error, cannot connect to gigablue quad plus".

Any help welcome, never has able to remote stream in years .

You're trying to connect to a local IP address externally.
Also, doubt the way you're trying external streaming is the best solution for you.

Thanks for the reply but don't get it .
    Isn't the no.ip for external access ??

The tutorials here on the forum , say set up the lydns and connect the app with dyndns address .

Is there any different way ?

Have you forwarded ports 8001 and 8002 on your router to the receiver?

(and port 80 if you want webif access externally)

I configured a VPN connection. On my router (so at home). On when you switch on this VPN (on the phone), in fact you are in your own homework (although you use somebody else WiFi or even your own mobile data network).
    And it works for me.
