EPG Empty for one Tuner

My EPG for the DVB-T tuner is empty, it was previously all set up and working fine. I also have a very small issue where the astra ITV HD, shows as Central and not ITV Wales HD? The Freeview Showa as ITV and not ITV Granada HD from the Winter Hill?

How are you "gathering/obtaining" the epg data?

Cross EPG downloader has two aspects

Download from signal cable (openTV: this is not available for terrestrail)
Download from internet (Rytek).

Which aspect are you using please?

Doing internet and and signal cable for same provider is a waste of time.

In openTV provider what have you set/enabled?
In Rytec providers what have you set/enabled?

Note:
Just zapping to a channel on terrestrail will get you EPG data

No Rytec providers menu only update, did this and 35 updates, but still no menu.

Before I respond, you need to decide:

Do you want to use internet based epg for Terretsrial?

Either, what ever will work best. Makes no difference for me how I get it as long as the EPG has Digital Terrestrial HD and Sky listings, my other Solo4k box appears to be working fine, this one was also until I recently firmware updated a month ago and I must have upset something.

As I mentioned earlier, Cross EPG downlaoder (signal based) does not gather the data for terrestrial.

All you have to do is set a daily zap timer to any terrestrial channels. Two minutes is more than enough. You can also automate process using EPG refresh plugin.

What service are you zapping to?

I just use the built-in terrestrial EPG data config.

Main Menu -> Setup -> System -> EPG -> Settings

Enable EIT EPG: yes
