You need to find a USB that is recognised, have you tried the back ports?

Format usb to fat32, extract image to usb. Use front usb, turn off at the rear rocker switch, insert usb, turn the rocker switch on, and when prompted, press the ok button located to the left of the front usb port.

Hi thanks all, I have just tried again even using back usb with the vix image, I have tried different images and usb drives and still bypasses to blue screen startup and no further. I have had experience with dm800 and Technomate with vix image , have not experienced a problem like this.

Use a different usb flash drive...I have had this issue on many occasions and using different flash drive solves it every time..only use max 4GB usb flash drive.
Ensure its fresh formatted to fat32

TBF I found black hole very stable, VIX has better features though for sure.
