    OTA update

I have the Mutant HD2400 with Vix 021 image.

Was trying to do the online update to 023, but the receiver seems to hang on doing the update. The box will not reboot.

I was able to update previous images with Vix on previous occasions except the last 2 where I had to download the image onto a usb pen and upload image to box from there.

Any ideas why the receiver is doing this?

    Make a backup
Flash new image (use image manager or USB)
    Restore settings and plugins afterwards
