    Then you suspect wrongly, as the image manager can and does work regardless of the image used, I have flashed multiple images including VTI and BH (on Vu+ hardware) and ATV plus others to various technomate / xtrend and GB receivers.

    Ok the wording was wrong above I did not extract it (unzipped) its in the directory and available to select but it wont flash the file. I'll try another image.

    **using the vix update I have managed to flash back to a 4d image, openatv whould not work***

    Something corrupt with your downloaded image so.
