Easiest solution is to edit two lines in the new satellites.xml file.

Change
<sat name="1.0W Thor 5/6/7 & Intelsat 10-02" flags="0" position="-10">
to
<sat name="1.0W Thor 5/6/7 & Intelsat 10-02" flags="0" position="-8">

and change
<sat name="5.0E Astra 4A & SES 5" flags="0" position="50">
to
<sat name="5.0E Astra 4A & SES 5" flags="0" position="48">

Not a good idea. This file changed for a reason. If you do that the new ABM providers (Viasat and Canal Digital Nordic) won't work properly. Nor will network scanning.

And if you change the file, never do it in etc/tuxbox, as that's a system file that we keep up-to-date. It will be overwritten during an online image update.
You're free to use your personal file in etc/enigma2; that will be part of the settings back up. But before you do, read what Huevos told you.
