Xtrend 9500 tuner failed

Hi guys can any1 help?
When trying to record 2 channels or record and watch another channel notice comes up tuner failed...after a bit of messing about with the tuners A+B settings I can get them both to work "BUT OVERNIGHT" some thing happens and I'm back to the same problem!

Settings for tuner A+B are:- Simple.. Single
28E Astra 2E/2F/2G


I know that its not the leads or plugs cos both tuners signals are SNR 99% AGC 76% BER 0 and a green tick against Lock...

Thought id let you know I've a vu+solo2 box with basically the same settings and it works great!!

i take it cams in use are 1.38 or 2.30 for multi tuner boxes.

yep 2.3 cam
