i am trying to connect to my ET9500 with filezilla i know my ip address but how do i find the port number PLEASEHELP
Its ip root and name of box no need for port number

Still wont work in server addreaa i put my ip add i leave port number blank and password but still asks for port number,i tried extrend controll center which connects but when i ftp it opensfilezilla but then asks for host. username/ password/ port im lost
21 is the default FTP port for clients that require it.
Username should be root & password can be left blank as none is set by default.

try "root" as username "dreambox" as password
