    Hi All

    I've got a USB bluray player, I was wondering can the ET support it?

    Just saw this old thread. Thought I'd comment on it even though it's a few months old now...

    I Once tried this with a USB DVD Drive on one of the Old Popcorn Hour media boxes. It doesn't work, and I imagine the reason why would be the same on an Enigma2 box;

    You can see the device/files, but can't play them, because there's nothing in the player's software that handles the CSS (see: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DeCSS ). For Blu-Ray I suspect it'd be even more complicated to get that to work.

    However I haven't tested this and who knows, it may work by now...

    Hi,
    CSS is no problem since 2000 or so but BR is a complete different matter. No E2 box plays original BR.

    ciao
