Hello All

I was given this DVR recently, I have been researching on this forum for some while as to how to get it up and running but to be honest I have pretty much failed to grasp the intricacy of it all.
is there a 'How To' guide anywhere I could reference, or is anyone willing to help a newbie please, I would be delighted if I could get some moving pictures out of this box.
