    quick question,

    i have set my box up and am now watch sat channels via the box, i wish to also run cable to the 3rd tuner so i can watch and if need be record thing in hd when im at work, my question is do i have to have cable internet to be able to do this or will any ISP, be ok.

    the current supplier to my new house is cable but i would rather not stay with this company if i can help it.

    Yes you need a live cable feed to use, I'm not so sure it needs to be a sub though has I have read that it still works even after canceling

    hi,

    by live cable feed do you mean do you mean cables broadband or am i able to have the internet off any supplier.

    If you disconnect the cable TV service, you won't be able to view them on the third party receiver.

    i understood with these boxes you are able to view channels from cable suppliers without a sub,
