Cannot ftp into box

Running hades 018 on et8000 but when I try to use FileZilla to get into box does not connect same using dreambox edit when I test the setting on dreambox edit ip address connects ok just the ftp will not connect, had a look in the network setup see that the ftp setup is set to stop when I try to enable it nothing happens same when I press the green button nothing happens any Ideas.

What login credentials are you using?
Whga is the error code/message from filezilla?

i presume you entered root instead of ROOT ?

All ok now got it sorted last night had a problem when I reinstalled it a few days earlier as when I went to scan cable side it rebooted for some reason and also noticed lost the usb stick as well, so ended up reinstalled it scanned sat first and checked the FTP setup now shows running loged into box no problems then scanned cable side rechecked FTP setup and still ok, as they say gremlins again.
