hi
my son got a vu solo se from someone, after a few weeks blackhole screen
came up and froze his box. the guy he got it from walked away.
would not help and just said Google it. not my favourite person.
he had a sky screen that's gone. But it had a world of satellite sticker on it.
and his cccams seem to have gone but don't know who the provider is.?
how do I get it back to how it was.
hope someone has a how too for dummies.?

is box original we can help,if it has any stickers on box underneath saying v2 or other v? box might be a clone and if so wont be supported here

I'm pretty sure no vu+ solo se clones are on the market yet, but admittedly suspicious with a WoS sticker on the receiver!!

first of all thanks for the reply. I am at work a lot so don't get much time to get on computer.
there is a serial number on the under side of the box. to be honest according to my son
the guy made him think he was apart of the world of satellite as a company. he was not aware it was a forum.
it worked ok for weeks then came up with the blackhole screen. then the guy bailed.he managed to get a screen up
but has no signal any more to make programs work. will they still be in there.? I have a skybox which
is totally different. so looking to get his sky skin up again so many different options.?
