funny you say that ITV+1 is in test you can try adding them although no channel number is set for them yet

i think its with a dictation system i seen em b4 for the blind it a set of headphones and mic and a special decoder box all hooked up to pc and some software to run it

it thn dictates every thing to you and writes what you say
