Lx2 card reader.

Hi, I have bought an Lx2 it has Vix installed and I have been trying to get my XXX Viaccess card to work. I have Cccam 2.2.1 installed and tried the card in both slots but it just won't read. So does anyone know if the Lx2 can read Viaccess cards, or do I need to buy either a cam or a smargo? I could of course be doing something wrong.

Try Oscam.What card is that? RedLight,Private Spice,Elite Fusion....?

Hi, it's actually a SCT card, I have been using the same ones with Cccam for a few years now with a dreambox, just doesn't seem to want to work with the LX2 though. I will have to go and study Oscam, never used that before.

Try CCcam 2.3 with a blank config, make sure card it correct way up.

By LX2-lower slot=sci0 and upper slot=sci1 You know that?

That's it working, started again with CCcam 2.3 and blank config, so thank you very much both of you it is very much appreciated.


P.S @lemi yeah i did know about upper slot =sci0 etc.
