gigablue quad picture freezing

Hi I'm having trouble with my gigablue quad .for some reason the picture and sound keeps freezing and then restarting which is real annoying would anyone know if it is the software .I am running apollo build 166 .l also have a cable Internet connection to the box .g

could be issues with your service provider, else i would strongly recommend trying other images and comparing the end results. Openrsi can be setup quickly. See if the problems persist on that image.
