VU+ Solo SE Kodidirect plugin installation

    Hello all,

I've been looking for some time now for a guide for the installation of a Kodi(XBMC) plugin and found some info, but still I'm stuck on the first step: I've downloaded and extracted enigma2-plugin-extensions-kodidirect_2.0-r22-20150514_all and created the ''KodiDirect'' and ''plugins'' maps in the below location. I've copied the IPK file into it, restarted the box.

    usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/KodiDirect/plugins

But I cant find the file anywhere on my box.
It's not listed in my plugin browser.

Can you please advise me on this?

    Many thanks in advance.

Normal plugin insatllaton method is to transfer ipk to /tmp/ directory. Install via Blue Button > Vix > "Install local extension"

Kodidirect is available on our feeds and can (should) be installed via the plugin browser.

Thanks for your quick responses, I had to copy the IPK file to the /tmp/ directory like abu baniaz mentioned. (thanks for that)
From there off I managed to go through the rest of the steps. I still have some errors with some specific addons, but that is for another thread it think.

Why do you make your life so difficult? As I said the plugin is available on our feeds.
