Your tuners must be set to match what is connected to them.
You'll nned to elaborate on what hardware/cabling you have.
I have a gigablue hd quad plus, tuners a,b & c are DVB-S connected to astra 28.2 and tuner d is DVB-T. all have separate cables.
Go to a channel like Home, press record.
Bring up your channel list, press the green button for Satellites, choose Current transponder.
You will see a list of about 10 channels.
Try recording a bunch of these, then switch to another channel on another transponder & do the same.
Do the same for your 3rd sat tuner...
The r/w rate of your HDD may come into play at this stage...

when i try and add multiple auto timers (more than 3) to record at the same time it says they are clashing and doesn't allow you to record them all.
Can this be fixed.
Did you try the above? Can you record multiple channels on different transponders?
If so, maybe open a new support thread with your autotimers issue & as much detail as possible as it has nothing to do with your opening thread really.

I will take a look and let you know.
Thank You
Don't think in terms of chanenls, think in trems of transponders. You can record from as many transponders as you have tuners with signal supply.
Some transponders will have lots of chanenls, others will not.
also setup your tuners as individual tuners. They all need a sat cable connection also.
