booting

hi, wonder if someone can help
Previously on Apollo image and was in process of updating to HADES but when i try to update via USB box is just stuck in 'booting' mode.
Everything thing i've read states i shouldn't power down until prompted by box as can cause serious damage, but how do i fix this. It has been booting for over 30 minutes now.

is it likely to be my USB that is causing the issue?
Can i just load the latest HADEs version or should i have started with the first one not version 11

Any help would be greatly appreciated

reslved by downloading into media hdd

Glad you are sorted. Just for reference, if you install the latest version, it will have all the updates. I.e. ther is no need to flash the first image and then update to latest one.
