Installing Boquets etc.

Guys

My new Zero comes tomorrow and I want it set up ASAP so I can use it to the best ability.

I have ordered it with Vix pre installed In Vix does it already have a selection of bouquets that can be installed? I want it to be the same as Sly UK? Also if I select a channel in the sports bouquet and watch it and then find the news has just started on BBC 1, can I type 101 and it will go to BBC one even though I am watching a channel specifically from the sports bouquet? I cannot do this on my current F5S and it is unbelievably annoying!!

Is this possible?

The other question is, is it easy to get the hang of using the box and getting around it? if you get what I mean?

Use AutoBouquetsMaker. It will fulfill teh requirements you have spcified.

Does Vix have Bouquets you can install? which may be based on Sly?

There are no bouquets to install.

ABM will obtain data on satellite and create bouquets exactly as per official receiver.

Ok Cool. Also what softcam do i use? Are there compatibility issues sometimes or do i just use the latest one from the Vix website and FTP it across?

Install from plugin menu. There are no config files. You will have to source those yourself.

Hi mate.

All sorted, got it all set up with config files, It is a super little box and Enigma 2 i would go as far to say is probably better then normal Sly HD firmware! it is terrific!
