I am running a VU solo+2 and when I do an auto bouquet maker or try to do an EPG download I keep getting "Tuner Lock time out" error msg . I am totally lost with this. any help anywhere?
Have you got cables from satellite dish to both tuners?
Are you using both of the LNB inputs on the back of the box, if using just one try the other LNB input to see if that works.
Yes both cables are in their respective ports. have had box checked on friends system and it all works perfect just cant do it on mine. Also I cannot do an EPG download now but friends system, running same box , had mine running perfectly.
Disable Tuner B and try a cable into A n test, then other cable into A n test. Then disable Tuner A n repeat test. Rules out possible weak cabling, lnb etc.
