Software update

Hi guys new to this thanks on my box when I go to software update and update the software the box reboots and updates but when I go back into software update the update is still there hope that makes sense

Which image are you on?

It is best to use the image support section for image issues as problems/solutions are usually the same irrespectve of receiver. It also helps others searching for the same issue although they may have another receiver.

There was an issue recently. Way around it was to create a settings backup, download then flash new image. Then restore settings.
