What Receiver shall i buy? All advice welcome!

    Hi guys
    I am new here!
I am after some advice about what receiver to buy.
I currently have a Skybox F5S, and while most will say it's a plastic piece of turd ;-) has done the job for me but now I'm looking to upgrade after seeing what some peoples boxes can do!

    Budget of about £100

    Requirements:
•PVR, either external or internal (Pref External)
•Easy OS ( Enigma maybe? Never used it, please post reviews)
•Supports CC**m (we will not discuss due to forum rules, just required)
    •Full HD
•Able to be tuned to 2 different satellites (28.2 and 19.2)]
    •Ethernet Port

    All posts welcome.
I look forward to my stay on World Of Satellite! :-)

Vu boxes look great but not really what I am looking for. Only got 1 cable coming into a single tuner is fine! will look at the Tm Nano Se Single. Does it run Enigma? And is it easy to get on with?

Ok, The Vu Zero is a definite contender. Has anyone got the Zgemma-Star H1.
Does the shop sell it with Vix already on it?
Looking for something which will be easy to set up. With my skybox I can stick a cc**m.cfg file on it and then just update via USB. Is this possible with Vix?
or is there another way which is just as easy?

I would go with either the Technomate Nano-SE or the Vu+ Zero. Both enigma2 boxes, both supported by ViX and both excellent cheap boxes to get you going. And yeah WoS sells with image installed if you select it from list.
Vu+ Ultimo 4K with 3TB HDD, Dual FBC (Sat) tuners, 1x Twin Hybrid DVB-C/T/T2 tuner
Vu+ Solo 4K with 1TB HDD, Dual FBC (Sat) tuners, 1x Hybrid DVB-C/T/T2 tuner
    Vu+ Solo 2 with 1TB HDD 'White Edition', 2x DVB-S2 tuners
    Mut@nt HD2400 with 1TB HDD, 4x DVB-S2 tuners
Fixed 28.2E Technomate 65cm Mesh Satellite Dish with Inverto Unicable II/JESS LNB and Inverto Unicable Splitter
Fixed 28.2E Sky Zone 1 45cm Satellite Dish with Octo LNB
(All receivers installed with the latest Dev build)

Vu+ Zero looks great! Do you know if it outputs HDCP like a sky+ HD box does or not? I like recording things straight to my PC HDD but I cant do that with channels due to HDCP. Anyone know? If it can record decrypted programs, would it just not have HDCP?

Ok then lol, ill have a root about online. So Vu+ Zero looks like the best box out there for my current requirements.

What if I have 2 dishes, lets say dish 1 and dish 2, both have cables coming in to the house. I got a twin tuner receiver. Would I be able to have one cable from dish 1 and one cable from dish 2 coming into the box? And then if I selected I a channel on dish 1 in the epg, and then clicked a channel on dish 2, would it realise and switch over?

you wont get help here with the Zgemma due to it being a counterfeit receiver, nor does it have any support from ViX regardless of claims you may see else where.

Probably the Vu+ Solo SE with a twin DVB-S/S2 tuner installed, or one of the twin tuner TM models like the Nano 2 super.
